Setup Staff Training For Shopwave Point Of Sale

Learn how to staff training within Shopwave Point of Sale.

What You Need

  • An Apple iPad (Compatible iPads).

  • The Shopwave iPad Point of Sale (POS) application installed (How?).

  • A Shopwave owner/manager account (How?).

Initial Setup

  1. Follow the Shopwave POS setup instructions.

  2. Open POS and login.

  3. Run through the configuration tasks below to ensure setup is perfect.

Configuration Tasks

  1. Ask your Shopwave account manager to setup a training store on your account.

  2. Click Menu in the Shopwave App

  3. Click Settings

  4. Click Stores

  5. Choose the new training store.

  6. You are done.

NB. To disable training mode, please run a Z read and follow the above steps to select your main store once again.
