Before downloading a beta version of our app, it is important to bear in mind that it is only in the testing stage and, crucially, has not passed it. Historically, betas have not caused major issues, but we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for you, so you should be aware that problems might arise.
Before installing the beta app, it is advisable to do the following:
- Make sure that your baskets are fully synced - https://getshopwave.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206772299-Basket-Sync
- Make a note of the settings you have configured just in case something goes wrong and you need to re-install.
It is advisable to follow this process before carrying out any update (not just a beta).
After installing the beta, you will have to do the following:
- Re-add your printers to the Settings area before you can print.
- Once the printers have been re-added, you can click the ‘Products' row in the bottom and tick all the products you wish to be printed as part of an order sent to that printer. NB., if you attach no products then they will all be attached by default.
