Setup Loyalty For Shopwave Point Of Sale

Customer details for email receipts, consumer stats and custom loyalty configuration.

What You Need

  • An Apple iPad (Compatible iPads).

  • The Shopwave iPad Point of Sale (POS) application installed (How?).

  • A Shopwave owner/manager account (How?).

Initial Setup

  1. Open POS and login.

  2. Run through the configuration tasks below to ensure setup is perfect.

Configuration Tasks

  1. Click Menu

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Loyalty

  4. Choose a provider:
    - Basic Email - Only collect email.
    - Basic Email and Name - Only collect email and name.
    - Other - Select a compatible loyalty partner.

  5. Optional: Enable capture on checkout:
    - Click Application
    Check Show customer capture on checkout

  6. Optional: Send email reciepts:
    - Follow the how to setup branding guide.
    - Ask your Shopwave account manager to setup an email against your store. 

  7. You are done.
